Devloping Skills to Solve Problems

As part of the MATE team, our members learn a large assortment of skills to develop our ROV. Most members learn how to safely use basic hand and power tools, basic CAD design, and safe operation of heavy machinery such as CNC Mills.

Real World Experience

As a part of the MATE Team, members gain bountiful real-world experience related to the engineering field. Members not only gain experience in the construction and development of their ROVs but instead gain experience in team management, budget creation/allocation, market presentations, and so much more.

While with the Pinnacle Robotics Company, I serve two primary functions: Chief Executive Officer and Lead Mechanical Engineer. As CEO of our company, I lead the way to our success, keeping everyone productive and on time while attending meetings related to company affairs. As Lead Mechanical Engineer, I spend most of my time with the company developing solutions to meet competition standards. Everything from developing our ROV manipulator to cutting the craft's frame out of HDPE falls into my wheelhouse.
